DOTHAN, Ala. — The City of Dothan has announced the official trick-or-treating hours for Halloween 2026.
Trick-or-treating will be observed within the Dothan city limits from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31.
The city is also asking residents to report streetlights that are not functioning properly. Officials said working streetlights will help provide a safer environment for children and families participating in Halloween activities.
The announced hours apply citywide and are not tied to a specific organized event or location.
Residents are encouraged to use caution while traveling through neighborhoods during trick-or-treating hours and watch for children crossing streets.
