EUFAULA, Ala. (WDNews) — A Eufaula man is facing a first-degree sodomy charge following an investigation involving a minor.
According to the Eufaula Alabama Police Department, Jaime Thomas, 43, was arrested Aug. 8 for his alleged involvement with a minor.
Police said that “upon further investigation,” Thomas was arrested and charged with first-degree sodomy.
The department did not release additional details about the allegations or the minor involved.
Police noted, “All persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
