DOTHAN, Ala. (WDNews) — Blood donations are critically needed across the Wiregrass, and LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is giving residents several opportunities to help during the upcoming week.
According to LifeSouth, blood drives are scheduled throughout the region from Monday, Aug. 17, through Sunday, Aug. 23. Donors will receive a recognition item for donating.

Monday, Aug. 17
– Laurel Oaks Behavioral Center — 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
– Henry County Courthouse — 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
– Dothan Donor Center — 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
Tuesday, Aug. 18
– Walmart on Montgomery Highway in Dothan — 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
– Walmart on South Oates Street in Dothan — 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
– Mobile Donor Center in Enterprise — 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
– Dothan Donor Center — 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
Wednesday, Aug. 19
– Troy University Dothan — 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
– Rehobeth Baptist Church — 5-8 p.m.
– Mobile Donor Center in Enterprise — 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
– Dothan Donor Center — 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Thursday, Aug. 20
