BULLOCK COUNTY, Ala. (WDNews) — According to the Bullock County Sheriff’s Office, investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect or suspects involved in a triple shooting that occurred during the early morning hours of Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026.
Authorities said the shooting happened at Oopsie Lounge (Boomchuck), 421 Sunflower Road in Union Springs. Union Springs is located about 80 miles north of Dothan and about 40 miles west of Eufaula.
The incident resulted in three people being struck by gunfire, with several victims suffering serious injuries.
Investigators are urging anyone who was at the lounge during the shooting or anyone with information about the incident to come forward. That includes anyone with photos, videos or other information that could assist investigators.
“Even the smallest detail may provide valuable information that helps identify those responsible,” the sheriff’s office said.
CrimeStoppers 215STOP is offering a $5,000 cash reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of the person or persons responsible. Officials said the reward was made possible through a donation from an anonymous donor.
