BONIFAY, Fla. (WDNews) — A local martial arts organization is offering a free weekly program designed to help children build confidence and learn practical skills for dealing with bullying.
According to a social media post shared by Ludus Magnus Martial Arts, the “Bully Beatdown” class is held every Friday and is open to children ages 7 and older at no cost.
Organizers describe the program as a high-energy, kid-friendly self-defense and confidence-building session intended to help children prepare for the upcoming school year.
The class focuses on helping participants build confidence, learn how to stand up for themselves, establish healthy boundaries, develop calm and controlled responses to bullying situations, and gain basic self-defense skills that may be needed as a last resort.
“This is our way of giving back to the community and making sure every kid walks into school feeling strong, prepared, and supported,” organizers stated in the post.
