ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDNews) – The City of Enterprise has released unofficial results from its September 23, 2025, municipal election, showing incumbent Mayor William E. “Bill” Cooper winning another term in office.
Cooper received 2,263 votes, or 55 percent, defeating challenger Bill Baker, who earned 1,839 votes, or 45 percent. A total of 4,102 ballots were cast out of roughly 20,000 registered voters.
The Enterprise City Council will meet at noon on Tuesday, September 30, at the Enterprise Civic Center to canvass and certify the election results.
Once certified, Cooper will be sworn in alongside council members Sonya Wheeler Rich (District 1), Casey Mack (District 2), Greg Padgett (District 3), Scotty Johnson (District 4), and Todd Walz (District 5). The special organizational session is scheduled for Monday, November 3, at the Enterprise Civic Center.
