DOTHAN, Ala. (WDNews) – A new dining option is joining the revitalization of Downtown DOTHAN as Nick’s Chophouse opens its doors at 256 N Foster Street.
The restaurant is holding its soft opening this evening, according to its Facebook page. Specializing in premium steaks, fresh seafood, and handcrafted cocktails, Nick’s Chophouse aims to provide an upscale yet welcoming dining experience.
Chef Nick Rickman, a 2018 World Chef Champion, leads the kitchen. The restaurant blends modern elegance with Southern charm, offering a versatile space for date nights, celebrations, and professional gatherings.
Nick’s Chophouse shared in a statement, “Our soft open week is fully booked! The outpouring of support and well wishes we’ve received from local chef’s, restaurants, business owners, and the community at large, has been overwhelming in the best way! We can’t wait to open our doors Thursday evening, but most of all we look forward to many meals shared with ALL the foodies! See you soon.”
