DOTHAN, Ala. (WDNews) – Dothan Police and emergency crews responded to a shooting Sunday evening at the apartment complex, Biltmore Estates on Fortner Street, just outside Ross Clark Circle.
One person was reportedly shot in the foot and another in the chest. First responders applied a tourniquet at the scene, and one victim was said to be unresponsive according to scanner traffic. Both victims are reportedly males.
Multiple police units, fire crews, and EMS responded. Investigators have been called to assist with the case.
Both victims were taken to Southeast Health. Their current conditions are unknown. As of 9 O’clock P.M. the scene had been cleared and Dothan Police were leaving the scene.
Authorities have reportedly identified a suspect but an arrest has not been confirmed. The investigation remains active.
