ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDNews) — The Enterprise Police Department is inviting local children and families to spend an afternoon playing kickball with officers during its annual “Kickin’ It With Cops” community event.
According to the department, the event will be held Saturday, Oct. 24, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Peavy Park Phase I, located at 755 George C. Wallace Drive in Enterprise.
“Join the Enterprise Police Department for our annual Kickin’ It With Cops community event! This is a fun-filled afternoon where kids can get out, get active, and hang out with the officers who serve their community,” the department said.
The event will feature a cops-versus-kids kickball game. No registration is required, and lunch will be provided free for children.
The event is hosted by the Enterprise Police Department’s Community Outreach Programs, with support from Sysco and Space Walk Inflatables of Enterprise.
