WALTON COUNTY, Fla. (WDNews) — According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, a reward of up to $16,000 is now being offered for information leading to the arrest of Isabelle Johnson, 38, who is wanted on an active warrant for an open count of murder in connection with the death of Jason Coulthart, 43.
The Sheriff’s Office said Johnson may have changed her appearance in an effort to avoid capture and urged the public to carefully review photos released as part of the search.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, $11,000 of the reward is being offered jointly by Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers and the Florida Sheriffs Association Criminal Apprehension Assistance Program. Officials said tipsters providing information through Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous, but the information must lead to Johnson’s capture to qualify for the reward.
The U.S. Marshals Task Force is offering a separate $5,000 reward for information that assists in Johnson’s apprehension. The Sheriff’s Office noted that this reward has specific requirements and does not allow anonymity for those claiming it, although tipster information will be kept confidential.
