HENRY COUNTY, Ala. (WDNews) — Wiregrass United Way is looking for volunteers to help during the upcoming Backwater Bash at Hardridge Creek Park on Lake Eufaula.
The free, family-friendly outdoor concert will be held Saturday, July 18, and volunteers are needed to assist on-site between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Individuals, families, businesses, and community groups are encouraged to get involved and give back while helping support one of the Wiregrass area’s largest summer events.
Those interested in volunteering can sign up online at the volunteer registration form. Wiregrass United Way said volunteers will be contacted to coordinate their time slots.
The organization encourages anyone looking to make a difference in the Wiregrass community to consider joining the volunteer effort during the event.
