DOTHAN, Ala. (WDNews) – The Dothan High Wolves suffered their first loss of the season Friday night, falling 56-28 on the road to Central High in Phenix City.
Both teams entered the matchup undefeated, but the Red Devils’ offense proved too much for Dothan to overcome. The loss drops the Wolves to 3-1 on the season.
Dothan will look to bounce back when they travel to Montgomery Friday, Sept. 19, for a conference game against Carver-Montgomery who is also at 3 – 1 on the season. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
