Ozark – (WDNews)A legal dispute has arisen in Ozark, with resident Bryant Fontenot filing a lawsuit against the municipality, claiming damages amounting to $3 million.
Fontenot’s allegations span a range of issues, including false imprisonment, negligence, false arrest, malicious prosecution, humiliation, and violations of his civil rights.
Ozarks Mayor Mark Blankenship refused a comment when asked about the Lawsuit.
