Randy Travis’ “More Life Tour” Coming to Dothan This Fall

Dothan, Ala. (WDNews) — Country music legend Randy Travis is bringing his “More Life Tour” to the Dothan Civic Center on September 27, giving fans a special opportunity to celebrate his iconic career.

While Travis, who suffered a stroke in 2013, will not be performing, country artist James Dupré will take the stage alongside Travis’ longtime touring band. The show will feature Dupré performing 16 of Travis’ greatest hits, including “On The Other Hand,” “Forever and Ever, Amen,” and “Three Wooden Crosses.” Travis will make a special appearance during the event, accompanied by his wife, Mary.

“This tour means so much more than just music—it’s a gift to be with my fans again,” Travis said in a statement.

Tickets go on sale March 7 at 10 a.m. through www.dothanciviccenter.org or the Dothan Civic Center box office. Fans are advised to avoid third-party sellers to ensure ticket validity.
