Habitual Offender Arrested in Marianna on Multiple Charges

MARIANNA, FL (WDNews) – A routine traffic stop on July 9, 2024, led to the arrest of William Scott Bozeman, 35, on a slew of charges, including possession of methamphetamine and ammunition by a convicted felon.

Around 7:59 p.m., officers spotted a black Chevrolet Silverado running a stop sign at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Jackson Street. Upon stopping the vehicle, they discovered Bozeman behind the wheel, a habitual traffic offender without a driver’s license, driving a truck with a tag registered to a different vehicle.A search of Bozeman’s vehicle revealed a bag of methamphetamine, a homemade smoking pipe, and two rounds of live ammunition. Bozeman, who was on state probation, now faces multiple charges and awaits his first court appearance.
