Dothan Debates Tennis Court Upgrades as New Pickleball Courts Get Green Light

Dothan – (WDNews) In a Tuesday morning meeting, Dothan General Services Director Andy Love revealed that the city is considering whether to upgrade the current tennis courts at the stadium or construct brand-new ones. This decision is part of a broader effort to enhance the city’s recreational facilities.

Meanwhile, the Dothan City Commission has approved the addition of 18 new pickleball courts at Rip Hewes. This project, expected to take six months to complete, underscores the city’s commitment to providing diverse sporting options for its residents.
