Dothan – (WDNews) Arthur Jordan Hubbard, a 34-year-old resident of Dothan, found himself in police custody on April 24, 2024, following a series of alleged crimes committed over a month-long period. Investigators claim Hubbard’s spree began on February 8, when he reportedly entered five vehicles unlawfully at a business located in the 2800 block of Horace Shepard Drive. Tools and a sign were among the items allegedly stolen from these vehicles.

Continuing his criminal activities, Hubbard is said to have targeted a business in the 100 block of Mance Newton Road on February 29, 2024. There, he allegedly broke into a storage building and made off with power tools. Later that same night, Hubbard purportedly struck a storage unit business in the 400 block of West Carroll Street, where he allegedly broke into multiple storage units, once again targeting power tools.

The alleged spree didn’t end there. On March 3, 2024, Hubbard is accused of unlawfully entering four vehicles at a business in the 700 block of Harrison Road, stealing power tools from each. Hubbard’s alleged criminal activities caught up with him when he attempted to sell items believed to have been stolen from these incidents.

As a result, Hubbard has been arrested and charged with nine counts of Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle and two counts of Burglary 3rd degree. His bond has been set at $130,000.

Authorities continue to investigate the case and urge anyone with further information to come forward. Stay tuned for updates.
