Dothan Mayor Mark Saliba was the tie breaking vote this week to extend the contract with the city’s municipal judge. The vote was split on Tuesday for a four-year contract extension for Judge Rose Gordon worth $700,000. If the contact would not have been renewed, Judge Gordon would have become a month-to-month employee.
