A heads up for Dothan drivers, the traffic lights at the intersection of Ross Clark Circle and Anchor Drive will have a new pattern starting today. Anchor Drive will become a right in, right out only and U-turns are no longer allowed there. The lights will be flashing until July 19th to alert drivers to the change.
