A project that will bring agriculture and education to southeast Alabama is now fully funded. On Monday it was revealed that $20 million in state funds will go towards the Wiregrass Innovation Center. The City of Dothan and the Wiregrass Foundation have already contributed $30 million to the center that has a goal of developing crops that are more drought and disease resistant.
