A 41-year-old Dothan man is behind bars after police say he solicited sex from an under aged girl. Dothan PD said Cesario Tec is charged with Electronic Solicitation of a Child after the 16 year old, reported Tec to an adult. Authorities say this is still an active investigation and more charges could be filed soon.
