A bill that would allow tax credits to people or businesses that donate to pregnancy resource centers in Alabama has passed the state house. HB-208 does have requirements for donors to receive credit including the center must be open at least 20 hours per week and cannot promote abortion. The bill now heads to a senate committee for debate.
