A couple from Denver were arrested this week in Panama City Florida after police say they left their three children, ages 2, 3 and 7 in a hot car while they ate and drank alcohol in a Mexican restaurant. Police say the 2-year-old was dehydrated and all three kids were turned over to CPS.
