A local man is behind bars for killing a missing pregnant woman from Florida. Marquis McCloud was arraigned Wednesday on a charge of capital murder in the death of 19-year-old Anastasia Gilley. Her body was found early Tuesday near Dothan and investigators say there were clues that led them to McCloud, who is said to have a long criminal history, including assault and rape.
