Morgan Wallen is canceling his appearance at Gulf Coast Jam on Panama City Beach after doctors ordered him to rest his voice for 6 weeks. The county star made the announcement Tuesday with Gulf Coast Jam organizers announcing Kenny Chesney as the replacement for the June 3rd show.
