A Wiregrass judge announces he is withdrawing from consideration to the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals. Circuit Judge William Filmore is the presiding judge in Dale and Geneva Counties and made the announcement Monday that he is “currently serving right where the Lord wants me to be.” Judge Fillmore will seek re-election in Dale and Geneva Counties.
