The Coley McCraney trial is moving forward even though only about one-third of the jurors summoned showed up Monday. Dale County court officials say that leaves about 100 prospective jurors to choose 14 from. A mistrial was declared last summer due to a lack of jurors. A jury is expected to be seated by this afternoon.
