A Bill to Further Cut Down on Districted Driving in AL Passes Committee

A bill that just won house committee approval would make it illegal to hold a cell phone while driving. HB 8 would make it illegal for someone to record with, look at something, or even hold a cell phone while driving.  Texting and Driving is already against the law in Alabama.  The bill would allow for hands free and Bluetooth devices.
