The Mayor of Hartford is stepping down. Neil Strickland made the announcement at last night’s council meeting saying he wants to spend more time with family. District 5 councilman and Mayor Pro Temp Ron Adams will temporarily fill the seat until council choses a replacement,. Mayor Stricklands will officially resign at the end of the month.
