Alabama lawmakers could decide to stay on Daylight Saving Time year-round. As the US Congress debates weather to continue the spring and fall clock change, an Alabama legislator has introduced a bill to stay on Daylight Saving Time Should the U.S. Congress pass a similar measure. 19 states have already enacted similar laws.
