Charges of stalking brought against a Dothan meteorologist have been dropped. Andrew Clark was charged with stalking a waitress back in January. Those charges were dropped yesterday with Clark’s attorney saying his client is happy he can now move on with his life. Clark hasn’t been on air since the accusations surfaced.
