State Troopers are investigating the cause of a deadly crash in Covington County Wednesday morning. 57-year-old Douglas Wayne Hurst died at the scene yesterday when his GMC pickup collided with a heavy duty commercial truck on 331 just south of Opp. The driver of the big truck was taken to the hospital for his injuries.
