The person who died in a Monday mobile home fire has been identified. 74-year-old JC Bivens was found dead inside a Columbia area manufactured home after crews put out the flames just after 7am yesterday. Two others who were inside at the time of the fire made it out. An autopsy is scheduled to determine a cause of death.
