DOTHAN, Ala. (WDNews) — More than 200 tennis players from across Alabama will compete in Dothan during the USTA Alabama 65 & Over Championships.
According to Dothan Leisure Services, the three-day tournament will be held Friday through Sunday, Oct. 2-4, at the Westgate Tennis Center.
Players will compete throughout the championship on the center’s 20 clay courts.
Tennis fans and community members are invited to attend. Admission is free, giving spectators of all ages an opportunity to watch and support players from across the state.
“We invite the community to come out to Westgate Tennis Center and experience the excitement of championship tennis right here in Dothan,” Tennis Center Manager Chase Parker said.
Westgate Tennis Center is located at 810 Recreation Road in Dothan.
