MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WDNews) — Alabama residents will soon have another chance to bid on state surplus property through an online public auction.
The Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs will begin its latest state surplus property auction online Saturday.
Auction items will be listed at:

Items include property no longer needed by state and federal agencies. ADECA also acquires property voluntarily abandoned at several airports across the Southeast.
Those interested in seeing items in person can visit ADECA’s Surplus Property Division Distribution Center at 4590 Mobile Highway in Montgomery.
Public viewing and inspections will be available from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26, through Friday, Aug. 28.

ADECA holds online public auctions periodically throughout the year. Surplus property is also available at any time to municipal and county governments, state agencies and qualified nonprofit organizations.
All items are sold as is without guarantees, and all sales are final once the property is picked up and removed.
