BRUNDIDGE, Ala. (WDNews) — Another arrest has been made in connection with a July 4 shooting at Grown Folks Café and Lounge in Brundidge.
According to Brundidge Police Chief Ulane Jamison, Ladaris Jackson, 42, of Troy, was taken into custody without incident early Wednesday morning.
Jackson is charged with Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess Pistol and was booked into the Pike County Jail. His bond was set at $2,500.
Jamison said the investigation remains ongoing and encouraged anyone with information to contact the Brundidge Police Department at 334-735-3333.
Jamison also expressed her gratitude to agencies assisting with the investigation, including the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Task Force.
