OZARK, Ala. — An Ozark man faces 13 charges after police executed a search warrant Wednesday.
According to the Ozark Police Department, investigators and officers served a residential search warrant and arrest warrants near the 100 block of Houston Street on Aug. 13.
Police said the warrants were issued following an investigation into a person allegedly possessing illegal electronic material.
During the search, officers arrested 66-year-old Paul Bradley of Ozark. Bradley was booked into the Dale County Jail on 13 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material.
According to police, the warrants followed a “thorough investigation” by the Ozark Criminal Investigations Division.
Police said the investigation remains ongoing after additional evidence was found while officers executed the search warrant, including multiple electronic devices allegedly containing illegal images and videos.
No additional information is being released at this time due to the nature of the investigation.
Bradley is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
