VALDOSTA, Ga. (WDNews) — Wild Adventures Theme Park in Valdosta will celebrate Independence Day with its Celebrate America Fireworks Spectacular as part of the park’s three-week Celebrate America Festival honoring America’s 250th anniversary.
According to Wild Adventures, the festival is powered by Georgia Power and features fireworks, family entertainment, rides, waterpark attractions and special events designed to honor the nation’s history and military service.
The Celebrate America Fireworks Spectacular is scheduled for 9 p.m. on July 4. The fireworks show will be choreographed to patriotic music and is intended to recognize America’s history and those who have served the country.
“We are so excited to invite guests to celebrate America 250 with us,” said Asher Raymond, public relations specialist. “Our Celebrate America Festival is even more special this year. In honor of the anniversary and founding of our country, we decided to make this year’s festival three weeks long, providing an extra week of patriotic fun for all.”
Park officials said guests can view the fireworks from the new Water’s Edge area, which recently added new family rides, dining options and a stage for local entertainment.
Wild Adventures also announced free admission for active-duty military members, retirees, disabled veterans and honorably discharged veterans from June 20 through July 12. Visitors must present a valid military ID or DD Form 214 at the gate, and no advance registration is required.
The park is also offering discounted Celebrate America Sale Tickets for $37.99 for a limited time. Officials said 2026 season passes remain available and include unlimited visits during the Celebrate America Festival, as well as admission to the park’s fall and winter events. Season pass prices are scheduled to increase after July 5.
In addition, July 5 is the final day to reactivate a 2026 Pre-K Season Pass, which provides complimentary admission for children ages 3 to 5.
Wild Adventures, located in Valdosta along Interstate 75, features more than 35 rides, hundreds of animals, Splash Island Waterpark and a year-round calendar of concerts and special events.
