Bay County – (WDNews)Numerous complaints spurred Bay County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) Narcotics Investigators into action on April 24th, 2024. Concerns about Aislyn Lowe, a registered sex offender and convicted felon, living at 17927 Park Place in Fountain prompted a thorough investigation.

Following these complaints, BCSO’s Special Investigations Division and SWAT team executed a search warrant in the early morning hours. Inside the residence, Ms. Lowe was discovered, alongside a cache of seven firearms, including one with a removed serial number—a serious offense.

Moreover, investigators uncovered an array of illegal narcotics, including a substantial amount of 1,4 Butanediol, colloquially known as “scoop” or “Water,” stored in plastic soda bottles.

The operation led to the arrest of Sean Miller, 46, from Panama City, on charges including Violation of Probation, Possession of Fentanyl, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Aislyn Lowe, 37, of Fountain, faced a litany of charges, including Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Trafficking Methamphetamine, and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

This decisive action by BCSO underscores their commitment to addressing community concerns and ensuring public safety.
